James has nearly two decades of experience in residential development and civil construction. Beginning his career onsite as a civil site engineer, he gained technical expertise across a wide range of project types, contracting arrangements and delivery models. Over the years, James has advanced into managerial positions, ultimately overseeing a significant portfolio of projects across the SEQ region. With a blend of technical qualifications, leadership skills, and extensive industry experience, James leads Tierra’s operations with efficiency and vision.

With 32 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure, Karl founded and built Pensar Infrastructure Group into a nationally respected business, culminating in its acquisition by RSK, a privately held UK-based environmental, engineering and technical services group in 2022. He established Tierra to channel this experience and capital into Australia's fast-growing residential corridors. Tierra reflects a long-term vision to shape thriving communities through thoughtful development, backed by an engineering edge, deep industry expertise and a strong leadership team.

A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in a range of industries (including Civil Construction), Mark takes a keen interest in all aspects of the property and financial sectors. At Tierra, he provides financial stewardship and utilises his commercial judgement to help drive the group’s success.

As Civil Supervisor, Sean leads on-site delivery across all Tierra projects, ensuring teams
consistently meet safety, quality, and environmental standards. With over 17 years of
industry experience, he reinforces Tierra’s reputation through strong leadership and a
commitment to operational excellence. Sean’s strengths in people and financial management delivers a collaborative, goal-oriented culture. His expertise in civil construction
enables him to drive outcomes that align with Tierra’s strategic objectives.

With a diverse background in general management and marketing within the infrastructure sector, Louise focuses on adopting a portfolio approach to investment growth and the strategic scaling of Tierra's land development ventures.



I am passionate about challenging conventional processes, fostering strong industry relationships, and driving lean, effective operations. My goal is to deliver well-planned, sustainable communities that meet market demand while maintaining financial discipline and executing at the highest standards. I enjoy building dynamic teams and creating a high-paced environment that prioritises 'best for project' outcomes.
